About EPDM Rubber

EPDM  (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene-Monomer) demonstrates excellent resistance to weathering and ozone, water and steam, with good performance in castor and some phosphate ester based fluids. EPDM is resistant to hot water and steam up to 149°C, Ozone, Silicone Oil and Grease, Phosphate-ester based hydraulic fluids, many cleaning agents including sodium and potassium alkalis and many organic and inorganic acids. EPDM O Rings

Epdm is also resistant to Glycol based brake fluids Dot 3 & 4 and silicone-based brake fluids Dot 5 up to 149°C. Epdm is not compatible with Mineral oil products. EPDM O Rings

Temperature range of -45°C to Up to 130°C however should not be subjected to extreme temperature for long time
